Registration Guidelines

We request you to read the registration guidelines before processing for the registration.

  • Conference Registration is mandatory for all members for Workshop and Conference
  • Registration fees include admission to the scientific halls, trade exhibition, Inaugural Function, Lunches and Evening Functions.
  • Registration fees will be based on the date of receipt of payment.
  • Passport size photograph & Photocopy of ID Proof ( Any one from Driving License / Election Card / Aadhar Card) of the delegates is a must; please attached it along with registration form.
  • Please Provide all the necessary details as required in the form; it will be used for the important conference communication purpose only.
  • Please preserve photocopy of all submissions for your record.
  • PG students have to submit the details of Institution and HOD.
  • Organizing Committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date/venue due to unforeseen reasons.
  • Conference Organizers are not responsible for postal delays/failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.
  • Please produce the confirmation registration number sent to you, at the time of registration on Registration counter during the conference.


Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellation received by 15th August 2017, will be entitled to 100 % refund of the amount paid for registration.
  • Any cancellation received till 15th September 2017, will be entitled to 50 % refund of the amount paid for registration.
  • No refund will be made for cancellation after 15th September 2017.
  • The Registration cancellation will be accepted only if sent by email from your registered email address or by post to the conference secretariat.
  • The refund process will begin after 15 days of completion of Conference and note that bank's charges paid on online payment will be deducted from refund amount.
